If you are the parent of a neurodivergent child, currently described in the medical model as having Autism, ADHD, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), Down Syndrome, developmental delays, etc. Please know, your child is not broken like the jargon the medical system uses makes it seem! Your child just experiences the world in a different way than the currently agreed upon "norm". They have strengths and needs, just like every other human. They may require additional (and probably changing) levels of supports depending on the environment and activities. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
Reach out in whatever way works best for you. I look forward to chatting!
