Divine Steps Therapy

All of our providers practice Neurodiversity-Affirming ABA. Each BCBA or RBT undergoes intensive training to understand assent versus assent withdrawal. We value each child’s individual values, goals, and dreams for their own lives. We respect their bodily autonomy and teach self advocacy. Our motto is we do not teach through tears! If a learner chooses to take a break, do something different, or revisit a task, we respect this choice. We respond compassionately to all forms of communication; we do not utilize harmful interventions such as planned ignoring, extinction, or compliance training.
