We value collaborating with folks who interact with the children we have the honor of serving. This means we listen to and learn from folks we work with as well as training families and team members on strategies that can be utilized everyday in "real-life". Our founder, Holly Huseby, loves chatting with and brainstorming and she welcomes the opportunity to interact with other providers and families seeking options.

Behavior Balance Point focuses on collaboration and cooperation with clients, client teams, and colleagues. We never force compliance, we ask before providing hands on assistance, and we focus on self-advocacy as a major part of services. We utilize skills based treatment methods and focus on building positive relationships as we implement evidence-based practices.
